01. Before Booking
After sending me an inquiry, I’ll provide a detailed pricing guide for you to look over. I'm happy to discuss the packages, your wedding, what you’re looking for in a photographer, and your vision via phone but I leave that completely optional as emailing back and forth works just as well. If you decide to move forward, I’ll send you my contract and deposit information to lock down your date.
02 Pre-Wed Planning
Closer to the date of your wedding, we'll schedule a call to go over the timeline and details of your day. This is your time to tell me any specific photos you want taken, what’s most important to you, and any special photo ideas you may have. After this call, if I’ve never been to the venue I’ll make a visit to scout photo locations and get comfortable with the space.
03 The wedding day
On the day of your wedding, my gear will be fully charged, I’ll have plenty of SD cards, two different camera bodies, several flashes, and anything else necessary to capture the essence of your day. I’ll arrive early, meet with your wedding planner, if you have one, and start shooting.
It’s important to me that you enjoy your day to the fullest extent, so if you have a portrait session scheduled, we’ll take plenty of breaks for you to soak in time with your loved ones, the food and drink, and the vision you created.
04 Post WEDDING
After the wedding, I’ll send you a sneak peak of 50-70 photos within the first two weeks of your wedding. The remaining images will be delivered in 7-10 weeks through an online gallery that makes selecting your favorites, printing photos, and creating a wedding album a breeze. This online gallery will also have my favorites selected and presented in a slideshow so you can easily relive your wedding experience.
